We Love Giving Back
Within all avenues of the business, Love From USA engages with the community: from youth empowerment to small business mentorship, to local vendor relationships, and nonprofit financial donations. This holistic approach to community engagement allows Love From USA to positively impact the communities in which it operates.
These impactful initiatives are led and inspired by Founder and CEO of Love From USA, Patricia Chinander. As an established 100% woman-owned, family-run, and certified Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) minority business, Chinander is proud to impact the community at large.
ElevateAir
ElevateAir is an ACDBE mentorship program developed out of a first-hand need when Chinander opened her first airport location 10+ years ago. This program has succeeded in New York with the Port Authority of NY/NJ and in Denver with its Business Development Training Academy. ElevateAir connects less experienced business owners with a more professional group, increasing the chance of success by 300% and accelerating the learning process. We offer hands-on support in key areas such as operations, finance, and leadership development, filling critical skills gaps and fostering long-term business growth, alongside an active partnership where we contribute capital, operational experience, and opportunities for local small businesses to participate in airport ventures.
Second Chance
Second Chance is a mentorship program designed to help at-risk youth and is active in 2 markets across the United States. In April 2025, Love From USA will launch Love From Felicity at O’Hare International Airport in partnership with the Felicity School. Through this collaboration, Felicity students will receive part-time employment, training, and support to help them secure jobs post-graduation. In this initiative, Felicity students are responsible for creating menus and packaging the food, while Love From USA manages the operation of the kiosk at O’Hare International Airport. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to The Felicity School to further support their mission and programs.

Red Heart Project
Since its inauguration in May 2023, The Red Heart Project has donated nearly $10,000 to nonprofits like the American Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. In 2024, Love From USA donated $6,650 to the American Cancer Society.
Local Artisan Support
Love From USA finds and sources products from local artisans, showing our commitment to local vendors. Our innovative product offerings have created ties and connections with the local communities where we operate. We excel in developing locally inspired concepts reflective of the community.
